I am a fully-trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and EMDR therapist. I provide a non-judgemental setting where we can explore your life events and how these are affecting your emotions, feelings and relationships. I apply EMDR to trauma-focused work with clients to complement the psychodynamic work or as a stand-alone therapy if deemed appropriate.
